Formerly Associate Director (Admission, Careers, and Public Affairs) at a university and Deputy Registrar at a local college, he has operated where institutional vision, admission strategy, and student success converge, making key admission decisions and shaping initiatives that position institutions and students for excellence.

Dominic’s professional standing is anchored by recognised credentials and leadership roles, including Fellowship of the Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP), and globally recognised qualifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), alongside his pivotal role as Vice-Chairman and Lecturer of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Education Planners (HKICEP).
