Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

No refunds are generally available if you cancel your booking.  Individuals cases can be considered on discretionary basis.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Application or booking deposits

  • Materials and resources already provided

  • Expenses paid on your behalf (test fees, application fees)

  • Services partially rendered or accessed

 

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking with 24 hours' notice

  • One free reschedule permitted; additional reschedules may incur a 10% fee

  • Rescheduled services must be completed within 3 months

 

4. EEG Cancellations

If we cancel or postpone your service, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no cost.

 

5. Special Circumstances

If you face serious hardship (illness, bereavement, visa rejection), contact us to discuss options. Discretionary refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.

 

6. Disputes

If you dispute a refund decision, email us within 7 days with detailed explanation. We will respond within 5 business days.
